Current Activity
The Current Activity report is a real-time view of your organization's productivity. You can open this report at the start of your day and monitor the activities of your resources as the day progresses. The report will automatically refresh every 15 minutes as the time blocks in the bar display in 15 minute increments. A dashed line appears vertically on the report to reflect the current time.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • I have a task to be completed, who is available right now to start working on it?
  • What time did my resources login to start working today and did they edit their login time?
  • What are my resources working on today?
Daily Summary
Daily Summary
The Daily Summary report is a high level summary view of the work and personal hours tracked by the resources in your organization for the current and previous week.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • How many hours have my resources worked per day?
  • Are any of the hours tracked this week outside normal bounds that need to be investigated?
  • Do I have resources that are being underutilized or over utilized?
Daily Summary Detail
Daily Summary Detail
The Daily Summary Detail report is a detailed view of the work and personal hours tracked by the resources in your organization for the current week and previous week. This view adds Role, Task, Work Item, Customer, and Status for more detailed information.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • How many hours have my resources worked per day?
  • Are any of the hours tracked this week outside normal bounds that need to be investigated?
  • What specifically has a resource worked on this week?
Logon Logoff
Logon Logoff
The Logon Logoff report provides a daily view of when resources logon to start the workday and when they logoff to end their day. For some companies the time resources start their workday is critical to ensure someone is present to serve their customers.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • Which areas of my business are not being covered due to a resources absence?
  • Were logon or logoff times edited after they were captured?
  • If a logon or logoff time was changed, what was the original time?
Productivity Summary
Productivity Summary
The Productivity Summary report is a powerful tool for getting an overall view of productivity among your resources. You will be able to spot trends and take a proactive approach to resource management.
The second section of the Productivity Summary report gives a graphical view of each resource over the time span selected.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • Do I have resources that are over tasked or under tasked?
  • Which resource productivity issues need to be addressed first?
  • Do I have resources who’s productivity trends are steadily increasing or decreasing to a level outside our business needs?
Work Item Summary
Work Item Summary
The Work Item Summary report provides information about the work being conducted in your organization. Work items are specific instances of work on a task. Instead of simply tracking to a “meeting” task, a work item allows you to track a specific meeting so you know exactly how much time was spent as well as other relevant information and comments.

Some of the important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • What work items are blocked and require my attention?
  • How many work items are past due and why?
  • How many work items are active for my project?
Application Use Detail
Application Use Detail
The Application Use Detail report provides information about the applications resources are using while working. This is a configurable option that can be turned on, off or on only while tasks defined as non-personal (work) are being accomplished.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • What applications are being used to complete tasks?
  • Are my resources accessing unauthorized sites during work time?
Utilization
Utilization
The Utilization report provides a summary of hours worked for each customer in each geography and how those hours apply as a percentage of work completed across your business.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • Which customer requires the greatest number of resource hours?
  • How many hours total have been spent working on a customer's requests?
  • Which geography is completing the largest amount of work for a customer?
SLA Compliance
SLA Compliance
The SLA Compliance report helps to track your effectiveness in meeting your Service Level Agreements (SLA) with your customers. This report can be a very powerful tool to show your customers the value you provide backed with metrics. The detail pages for each geography allow you to identify areas where focus is needed. The specific time requirements of the SLAs are configurable for each task and task step.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • How effectively is my organization as a whole meeting our Service Level Agreements?
  • Are we improving our performance over time?
  • Where are the problem areas where we can improve?
  • How many requests did we process for or Service Level Agreements?
  • Which Service Level Agreement are we failing to meet?
Task Quantity Summary

The Task Quantity Summary report is used to count instances of work against a work item or task.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • How many time periods have been tracked against tasks?
  • What are the time periods that make up the X number of time periods tracked?
Resource Profile
Resource Profile
The Resource Profile report allows you to view several details about a resource in a single report.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • Which roles has this resource been assigned to?
  • How is a resource performing against defined productivity goals?
  • What is the resource working on and what has been completed?
Project Invoice
Project Invoice
The Project Invoice report is used to invoice customers for project work.

Some important questions you can answer with this report are:
  • How much of my project’s budget has been consumed?
  • Are there areas of the budget that are going over their budget allotment?
  • Is the budget amount consumed appropriate for the project time line?
